The service
ProtestWall is a gallery of photographs of protest signs, published by GACI Jugurtha. Browsing is free; posting, commenting or saving a sign may require an account. Contact: jugurthagaci24@gmail.com.
What you publish
Post only photographs you took or have the right to share, and confirm this each time you submit. You warrant that your submission does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, privacy, image rights).
You keep all your rights. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence, for as long as the contribution is published, to host, resize, translate (including automatically), display and index it on ProtestWall and in search engines. You may remove your contribution at any time; the licence ends on deletion, apart from temporary technical copies.
Rules
Prohibited: hate speech, threats and harassment, personal data, private individuals' faces posted without consent, spam, unlawful content, and any misuse of the service (automated submissions, bypassing limits, abusive creation of multiple accounts).
Moderation
Every submission is reviewed before publication. We may refuse a contribution, adapt its presentation (translations, metadata), remove it or suspend an account, in particular after a report. We are not obliged to publish a contribution.
Automatic translations
Translations labelled as automatic are provided as is and may be inaccurate. The original text prevails.
Liability
Contributions are their authors' responsibility; we do not guarantee their accuracy or lawfulness. We promptly remove manifestly unlawful content reported to us. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of continuous availability, and our liability applies only to the extent permitted by law: your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law
Belgian law applies, subject to the mandatory provisions of the place where you live. The competent Belgian courts hear any dispute, subject to the same reservation.
